The scheme is offered by Bimal Motor (BikeX), having its registered office at Site No 90, Bytarayanapura, Bangalore 560090 is inter alia involved in facilitating the sale of second-hand vehicles, especially two-wheelers (with or without gear).

1. Eligibility Criteria

1.1 This Buy-Back program is valid on all the vehicles purchased via BikeX.in
1.2 Vehicle should be registered with the Bengaluru RTO having appropriate jurisdiction over the point of sale of the vehicle

1.3 Registered vehicle in Bengaluru which are six (6) months to thirty-six (36) months old from the applicable date are eligible

1.4 Vehicle, which has clocked up to fifteen (15) thousand kilometres on an average in a single year are eligible

1.5 Vehicle should be regularly serviced at a company authorised service centre or BikeX’s service centre

2. Conditions for disqualification

2.1 If registration certificate is of the vehicle is lost, missing or mutilated
2.2 If there is a change in ownership of vehicle

2.3 If the vehicle is transferred from one RTO to another

2.4 If vehicle is used for any commercial activities viz. taxi service, delivery etc or in any competitive events like races, rallies etc

2.5 Vehicle has clocked more than fifteen (15) thousand kilometres in a year on an average. The vehicle which has not completed one (1) year, proportionate kms shall be taken into account

2.6 If any modification is carried out on/in the vehicle

2.7 If the vehicle is not having valid Pollution Control Certificate and/or Insurance Policy as per Motor Vehicle Act

2.8 If the vehicle is hypothecated and is not having the NOC from concerned bank/financing company

2.9 If the odometer is tampered with

2.10 If the vehicle is not maintained in working condition

3. Service Provider can deduct the repair/replacement charges from the buyback value in the cases restricted as following

3.1 Engine Repair Charges in case of

• White Smoke
• Engine Oil Leakage

  
  3.2 Repair/Replacement cost in case of shocker oil leak

3.3 Any major broken, damaged, non-functioning or missing part

3.4 Repair & Painting cost of anny dents on the body parts

3.4 Pending traffic violations, challans, regulatory taxes if any pending
